My Journey

Where Science Meets Soul and Transformation Begins.

This journey began on a quiet night, looking up at the vast sky and feeling the smallness of my own existence. I had finished a dual  postgraduate degree in mathematics and education and set out to change society through changing the educational system. Life was coursing along and I was wondering if this was all it was. In that moment, a question took root:

What does it really mean to be fully ourselves?

 

Seeking an answer led me down many paths. I explored different religions, got another masters degree in Psychology, trained corporate professionals on behavioural and leadership change, and later turned to yoga and tantra to understand how the mind creates our reality. Along the way, I trained in therapeutic and healing modalities - hypnotherapy, past-life work, sound healing, chakra-based systems, Reiki, and shamanic practices.
 

Each path revealed a different piece of the puzzle: how patterns form, how healing happens, and how deeply our inner world shapes the life we experience. The turning point came when I understood that real transformation doesn’t come from changing circumstances, but from changing the mind that interprets them. Around the same time, a close friend said something that stayed with me:

“This is who you are. You’re meant for therapy.”

Something aligned. The inner journey became a professional calling.

Today, Connect Wellness is the integration of those explorations. I combine psychology, evidence-based tools and spiritual practice to design a way of working that supports deep, lasting change.

Sessions are private, non judgmental, and grounded. You can expect deep listening, thoughtful questions, and tools rooted in psychology and inner work.

What happens in a first session? 

We’ll clarify your goals, get a sense of where you have been, discuss core concepts of the work and agree on a path forward. You’ll leave with a clear next step. Sessions are confidential and tailored to your needs.

Awareness is the beginning of all healing.
