We operate the website https://www.connectwellness.co.in (the “Site”), as well as related products, programs, and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you (“you,” whether personally or on behalf of an entity) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Legal Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website or notifying you directly. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

All users under the age of 18 must have permission and direct supervision from a parent or legal guardian to use our Services.

We recommend printing or saving a copy of these Terms for your records.

1. Pricing & Payments

All service prices are non-negotiable and reflect the expertise, care, and quality provided in every wellness experience.
A non-refundable advance payment of ₹2,000 is required to confirm your appointment and block your session slot.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment or session.
To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your booking amount will be carried forward to the new date, subject to availability.
Cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable.

2. Session & Service Guidelines

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a relaxed start.
A delay of more than 15 minutes may shorten your session time or result in rescheduling, depending on availability.
Certain therapies may require medical consent or a pre-screening form for safety reasons.
All packages, sessions, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Use of Facilities

Clients are expected to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and hygienic environment during their visit.
Photography or videography inside therapy or treatment rooms is not permitted without prior approval.
Any damage to property or equipment caused by the client will be chargeable.

4. Refunds & Rescheduling

Refunds are issued only if a session or workshop is canceled by Connect Wellness due to unavoidable circumstances.
Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 48 hours before the appointment time.
Packages once started cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded.

5. Privacy & Media Consent

We occasionally capture photos or short video clips during sessions, workshops, or events to share on our website and social media platforms. These help us spread awareness and inspire others to begin their wellness journey.

If you prefer not to have your photos or videos shared, you may select one of the following options:

a. Limited Hold (60 Days):
We will not use your visuals for 60 days after your session. After this period, we may share them only with your written or verbal consent.

b. Full Privacy Option:
For complete privacy, you can opt for a Full Privacy Add-On (₹1,500), which ensures your visuals will not be shared at any time.

You will be asked to sign a Client Consent Form to record your preference, and we will strictly adhere to your chosen privacy option.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Connect Wellness and its practitioners will not be held liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or undisclosed health issues.
Our therapies, sessions, and wellness programs are designed to support holistic health and emotional balance, and are not substitutes for professional medical treatment or advice.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions prior to their session.

7. Agreement

By booking or participating in any session, class, or program with Connect Wellness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
