No. While you will be in a deeply relaxed state of mind and body, you will be aware of what you are sensing and also be able to interact with the therapist. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you can always ask to stop.

One session costs between INR 3500 and INR 7000 at Connect. The duration is between 1 to 1.5 hours. All sessions will require an upfront payment. Think of it like this: The body and mind you have houses you for around 80 years. What makes it ok to spend more on a physical home than on your own body and mind?
Self hypnosis is a great tool and it is a powerful way of enhancing affirmations, by helping you plant suggestions in your subconscious mind. It is the same as asking can I make dinner if I know how to make soup. It is just one tool, amongst many.
