We currently deliver within India for physical wellness products (if applicable).
All digital products, including online course access and consultation links, are available worldwide via email or our online learning platform.

2. Delivery Schedule

Digital Products & Courses:

  • Access details (login credentials or course links) are shared via email within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • Live consultation bookings will receive confirmation and schedule details via email or WhatsApp.

Physical Products (if applicable):

  • Shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

3. Delivery Hours

  • Digital Access & Consultations: Available as per your selected schedule or program timing.

  • Physical Shipments: Standard courier hours apply (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Please note that deliveries may be delayed during weekends, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Digital Courses & Consultations: No shipping charges apply.

  • Physical Products: Charges (if any) are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect:

  • Our team or delivery partner will attempt to contact you.

  • A reattempt may be scheduled at the customer’s cost (if applicable).

  • No refunds will be issued for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If you receive a damaged product or experience an issue with your digital access, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photo/video proof for physical products.

  • For digital products, share screenshots or details of the access issue.
    We will review and, if eligible, offer a replacement or alternate access.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • National holidays or strikes

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

We will inform you promptly if a delay or rescheduling is required.

8. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After completing your purchase, you will receive:
