Refund Policy

All payments made for our courses, consultations, workshops, or any digital products are non-refundable. Once you have successfully enrolled or booked a session, the payment is considered final.
This policy ensures that we maintain the integrity of our programs, respect the efforts of our team and trainers, and provide fair access to all participants.

Cancellation Policy

• Courses and Workshops: Once registered, cancellations are not permitted. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, you may request to reschedule your session (subject to availability and management approval).

• Consultations: If you need to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

• Company Cancellations: In the rare event that Connect Wellness cancels or postpones a session or course, you will be notified promptly, and alternative options will be provided.
