All payments made for our courses, consultations, workshops, or any digital products are non-refundable. Once you have successfully enrolled or booked a session, the payment is considered final.

Cancellation Policy

Courses and Workshops: Once registered, cancellations are not permitted. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, you may request to reschedule your session (subject to availability and management approval).

Consultations: If you need to reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Company Cancellations: In the rare event that Connect Wellness cancels or postpones a session or course, you will be notified promptly, and alternative options will be provided.
